62 David Harper: Sheep & Beef Farmer, Windwhistle

In this episode I go on an epic road trip to visit  David Harper , who farms in the foothills of the Southern Alps in a wee place called Windwhistle. David has been a Collective Intelligence member for about four years and has a true affinity to the land he cares for. He shares a ‘delicious’ story about his passion for finishing premium lambs for  Lumina , which is done in a way that unlocks the healthy omega-3 fatty acids found in the animals’ meat.
